个人简介

乔双,河北大学物理科学与技术学院,教授,博导,担任全国光学青年学术论坛第三届主席团副主席,河北省光学学会常务理事,河北省兵工学会理事,河北省光电信息材料重点实验室副主任,河北省自然科学基金杰青和优青项目获得者,河北省青年拔尖人才。2014年于中国科学院半导体所超晶格国家重点实验室获凝聚态物理博士学位,2017年8月至2019年8月在中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所访问交流,2023年5月至2024年5月在香港大学访问交流。近年来一直从事半导体光电器件和物理机理方面的研究。

1. 半导体异质结构材料的制备、侧向光伏特性及调控机理研究
2. 二维材料异质结材料的制备、表界面调控及光电性能研究
